Athletics is a series of events during PE
There are many types of athletic sports
There are some techniques to them for example:
Shot put = get momentum by rocking or side hustle - 5.2m
Discus = hold the discus on the palm and hold it on with 5 fingers. - 11.33m
High jump = make the right timing when you jump - 1m
Long jump = get more speed by pushing yourself - 1m
100m sprint = move your arms back and forward like long jump - 28sec
And Relays = go as fast as you can to reach the person
I made sure i got my PE gear every Monday and Wednesday
